At LegArt we want to be sure you choose the correct size for your body type so before you order check the size guide for all the information you will need to be sure you get the perfect fit. If you are unsure about a size or colour please contact support@leggings.ca Our fantastic support staff know everything there is to know about our apparel and are happy to guide you in making the right choice. Returns cost us all time and money not to mention the energy and resources to get your items to and from your home. In order to keep our costs low we ask that you choose carefully begore you buy. 

Haven’t tried our leggings before? Shop with confidence knowing we have you covered. We want you to be comfortable in our products so should you not love your pick, you are welcome to send them back for a store credit to your leggings.ca account for only $8.00! 

Should your item have a manufactured defect, please email support@leggings.ca.

  • Try your items on for size as soon as you receive them, if you are not 100% satisfied with the fit please keep the tags on and we will gladly take them back.
  • Once we have received your return at our office, we will issue you a store credit for the cost of the product returned minus a flat fee of $8.00 to your leggings.ca account so you can re-order any product of your choice. We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • You must use the return label we provide, and send back with the postmarked package within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • All items purchased on clearance are final sale. Other items that are final sale upon purchase are all accessories including scrunchies, face masks and jewelry.

 How do I make a return ?

We make returning a product easy! Once you have decided to return an item, please head over to our return center, https://returns.leggings.ca/ and submit a request.

Once we have reviewed the request, you will receive a shipping label by email, this can take 1-3 business days. Once we have received your return back at our head office, our team will process the request within 5-7 business days, and you will be notified by email once completed.

What does it cost to return an item(s)?

  • We offer a flat rate fee of $8.00 that we deduct from your refund upon processing.

Domestic orders via Canada Post Under $95:

  • $6 - Letter mail (No Tracking) 5-15 business days - Under $50/400g
  • $10 - Expedited Parcel 1 to 10 business days - Under $95

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

US orders via Canada Post USA Tracked Packet &  Expedited Parcel

  • Free shipping on orders over $95
  • $10 flat rate for orders under $95

International orders via Canada Post International

SHIPPING DETAILS: 

All orders are shipped from our head office located in Nanaimo B.C. We ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving. 

Being a Canadian company, we prefer to ship via Canada Post. They offer great service, and we are confident that you will get your order in a safe and timely manner. There may be extenuating circumstances where your parcel may not be delivered due to weather, an error in the shipping address or an unforeseen systematic error. Please refer to your tracking number for the most updated details. Should your order not be delivered within 3 weeks and the tracking information has not been updated with a cause, please contact us for further review. Errors do occasionally occur in the shipping address that you provide, in that case we expect that your order will be returned to us. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but we do take pride in our 100% customer service and will do everything within our means to get your parcel to you!
